On 1 June 1996, a ceremony was held in the Principality of Monaco that, according to the documents examined in this investigation, marked the foundation of a Masonic jurisdiction for Andorra. It was not presented as an informal meeting or a failed rehearsal, but as a consecration supported by a patent, ritual authority, Andorran representatives and senior international figures.

The documentary examines the roles of Llorenç Lluell, Josep Guirao, Lluís Bernabé, Elvio Sciubba, Giancarlo Simonetti, Arnold Herman, Douglas Lemons, Raoul L. Mattei and C. Fred Kleinknecht III, revealing the international scale of an operation connected with Washington, California, France and Italy.

It also explains the crucial distinction between consecration and recognition: Monaco was the founding act, while Tulsa became the later diplomatic battle for recognition. The documentary argues that subsequent territorial and institutional conflicts could not erase the patent, the signatures or the ceremony already performed.

Monaco did not try to found Andorran Freemasonry. Monaco founded it. What followed was the struggle to decide who would control its recognition, its institutions and its history.
