For months, we have examined judicial files, contradictory rulings, conflicts of interest, recusals, pre-trial detention, court auctions, administrative opacity, data protection failures and lives destroyed by endless proceedings.

In this monologue, Josep Guirao presents a direct diagnosis: Andorra is not a failed state, but it is suffering a serious crisis of transparency, accountability and institutional self-correction.

This is not a claim that every judge is corrupt or that every mistake is part of a conspiracy. It exposes a disturbing pattern: when a possible irregularity appears, the system too often seems to protect the institution before protecting the citizen.

The video also proposes concrete solutions: an international audit, reform of the High Council of Justice, an independent judicial-integrity authority, auditable case assignment, external scrutiny of recusals, radical transparency, protection for lawyers, journalists and whistleblowers, and a justice system that ordinary citizens can afford.

We are not telling these stories to destroy Andorra. We are telling them because we still want to save it.
