At just 21, Josep Guirao was already publishing in Poble Andorrà, covering theatre, culture, accidents, international conflicts, nuclear energy, military affairs, interviews and institutional issues.
The documentary also revisits his report on Andorra’s proposed new licence plates. Behind the technical explanation was a political denunciation: millions had allegedly been invested by the Government in designs, development and official style books, yet the new plates were never introduced. According to Guirao, even the published style manuals were later destroyed, turning the entire operation into an example of public spending without any practical result.
The episode links those early investigations, including reports that Guirao says were censored, with his current legal-analysis videos, largely ignored by Andorra’s local press despite their international reach.
